Our Founders
Know Your Genotype was birthed by two people. Belinda, inspired by her experience with Sickle Cell Disease, conceived the idea, and Raymond, with his exceptional leadership capabilities, orchestrated its delivery.
Raymond Asikah
Raymond has extensive experience in non-profit leadership. He was instrumental in materializing Know Your Genotype by bringing on board his professional expertise from working with non-profits like Hearts Wide Open Foundation and African Football Development Initiative.
Belinda Larweh, MD
Belinda saw Know Your Genotype Initiative for the impact it could possibly make and took action. At the start of the project, she assumed the responsibilites of all unfilled positions until those positions were eventually filled. She developed the Know Your Genotype brand and built this website.

Esi Mansa Aidoo, MD
Programs Director
Mansa joined us in April 2021. She is the link between our program strategies and their successful execution.
Geraldine Acheampong
Events & Outreach Manager
Geraldine is a nurse by profession. Here at KYG she oversees the seamless organization of our events and outreaches.

Official Photographer
Emmanuel is our official photographer. He beautifully documents our work and activities.
Catherine Larweh
Secretary
Catherine keeps a meticulous record of our work as an organization and assists in the daily administration of the orgianization.
Richard Korlie
Marketing and Communications Officer
Richard is an excellent communicator and marketer. He improves public relations and optimizes the receptiveness of our target audience.
Albert Akowuah, MD
Creative Director
Albert is an incredibly talented medical doctor who is making an impact with his talent. He designed our brand logo, paraphernalia and stationery and handles everything that has to do with graphic design.
